("Sahel AI," "we," "us," or "our"), a corporation incorporated under the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. By accessing or using our website at sahelai.com or any of our products or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you are using our services on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Services

Sahel AI provides AI risk management consulting, governance frameworks, and related software products, including Sahel AI for Legal. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time, with or without notice.

3. Use of services

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

  • Use our services in any way that violates applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation;
  • Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of our services;
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our services, systems, or networks;
  • Use our services to transmit any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising or promotional material;
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of our software; or
  • Use any automated means to access or interact with our services without our express written permission.

4. Intellectual property

All content on our website and within our products — including text, graphics, logos, software, and research publications — is the property of Sahel Group Inc. or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.

5. User content

If you submit or provide any content to us in connection with our services, you represent that you have all necessary rights to do so. You grant Sahel Group Inc. a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use such content solely to the extent necessary to provide the services to you. We do not claim ownership of your content.

OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

7. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SAHEL GROUP INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES. IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sahel Group Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms or your use of our services.

9. Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.

10. Third-party links and services

Our website may contain links to third-party websites. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for their content, privacy policies, or practices.

11. Modifications to terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will revise the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at our sole discretion for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to others. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
